Wu Ming Qigong
for self-healing & life potential

Wu Ming Qigong is rooted in the teachings of the ancient sage Lao Tzu, who authored the Tao Te Ching. It’s a practice of ‘no mind,’ self-cultivation, and the flow of Qi, or life force energy. A consistent daily practice harmonizes the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, aligning the individual's energy with universal energy. This supports one’s journey towards self-mastery by providing access to the unlimited source of true healing, wisdom, and life potential.

This practice will stimulate four major meridian intersections in the body. These energy pathways are known as meridians. Starting from the top of the body and working downward, each gate works in conjunction with the other to move energy (Qi) and re-balance the body. These four simple yet powerful movements can be easily incorporated into a daily routine.
