The Dragon’s Way became my way over a decade ago when I first met my teacher, Grand Master Nan Lu, who graciously supported my healing journey. Since then, I have embraced Wu Ming Qigong and the Five Element Consciousness Framework as part of my daily practice. After experiencing its transformative benefits and witnessing the results in others, I have decided to pursue teaching the program to share this beautiful practice with those who resonate and are open to exploring their life’s potential beyond conventional methods.

FAQs

  • Qigong is an energy practice that aims to cultivate, balance, and harmonize the flow of qi within the body, promoting physical, mental, and emotional health.

    Qi means “vital energy” or “life force,” which is thought to flow through the body along specific pathways or channels (meridians).

    Gong means “skill cultivated through steady practice,” implying a dedicated approach to allowing vital energy to flow into the individual.

    The Wu Ming Qigong system is a practice in ‘no mind,’ self-cultivation, and the flow of Qi, or life force energy.

  • No need for any prior experience in Qigong. Our course is designed to accommodate beginners as well as advanced learners.

  • During the duration of this program, we highly recommend that you come with an open mind and fully embrace the benefits of this system. We do NOT advise mixing systems, as it may confuse the body’s Qi flow.

  • The herbal supplements are optional and are recommended to maximize the healing potential during the program.

    They are safe to be taken with medication. It is recommended that you take them at least one hour apart from your prescribed medications, supplements or food.

  • The beauty of this program is its flexibility. You can go through the course at your own pace. However, we recommend dedicating at least 15-30 minutes a day for practice to experience the full benefits of of this Qigong practice.

  • We are here to support you throughout your journey. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can reach out on our contact us page.

  • Our program includes a two-month membership to our Qigong Practice Circle to deepen your practice and support you on your journey.

    You will join a group of dedicated members who come together weekly (currently mornings Eastern time zone) to create a strong, energetic Qi field. You will also deepen your understanding of how to integrate this system into your daily life.

    After the two-month membership, you have the option to continue and extend you membership.

  • 16 years old is minimum age required for this program.

  • Refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the start of the program to accommodate others who may want to join. Thank you for understanding.

Certified DWQ Instructors:
Certified Dragon’s Way Instructors have completed hundreds of hours of rigorous training in Chinese medicine principles and have achieved a level of self-cultivation through Qigong practice that allows them to share this ancient wisdom. They are individuals with the passion to inspire others as they too discover a new relationship with health and wellness. With Grand Master Lu’s final approval, each instructor is given permission to share the Dragons Way program in their communities. This training program is offered only under the auspices of the Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation and the direct guidance of Grand Master Nan Lu.
